The Residences of Villa Polonia is a community-based housing initiative located at 30 and 40 Polonia Avenue in West Brampton.
The development will consist of two buildings totalling 225 units; a 105 unit seniors building and a 120 unit building offering residences for singles and families. Construction began in the Spring of 2011 with occupancy slated for Winter 2013.
The Residences of Villa Polonia is the residential component of the Polonia Millennium 2000 Project - a landmark development for the Polish-Canadian community that is home to St. Eugene de Mazenod Parish and a Polish Cultural Centre, now in development.Â
The Residences of Villa Polonia development is led by the Jasinski Legacy Non Profit Residences Inc. (JL) in collaboration with the Region of Peel.
The project is funded by a partnership between the Government of Canada, the Government of Ontario, the Region of Peel and JL.

Number of Units
225: 95 units for singles and families, 80 units for seniors and 25 units for people with disabilities.
Target Tenant Group
Seniors aged 65+, singles of any age and families with or without children. Residents from all backgrounds are welcomed.
