Peel Region’s Walker Road affordable housing development is a 25-unit expansion of an existing seniors building at 20 Walker Rd. E., Caledon, owned by the Region’s non-profit housing company, Peel Living. The two buildings feature a common hallway, new elevator and common room available to all residents.
