Before the telephone, people communicated by telegraph. Long before Inside Peel and Pathways, Regional employees were communicated to through Reflections and Staffer newsletters.
Reflections and Staffer were used as a means to recognize, celebrate and inform employees about the Region’s |
successes and initiatives, to name a few. Although the face of internal communications changed since Reflections and Staffer, the purpose of Inside Peel and Pathways is the same.
