In the Valley

These were the words found in a letter we received after a little boy attending the Valley Child Care Centre left to attend school.
Initially joining the centre as a child with no verbal skills and limited social skills, things quickly changed within his eight-month stay. With the support of his teachers and family, who strongly partnered to improve his development, he began using two to three word sentences and expanded his social skills, feeling much more confident playing with peers.
Our Early Childhood program promotes growth in all areas of development. This letter made me realize how much families value what we do. We touch the lives of all the children in our care - past, present and future.
