Admissions & waiting list information
Community Care Access Centres manage admissions and the waiting list for all Region of Peel Long Term Care Centres.
Staff at your local Community Care Access Centre (CCAC) will:
- Tell you about the long-term care homes in your area.
- Tell you how to apply.
- Meet with you to discuss options for care.
- Determine if the applicant is eligible for long-term care services, and
- Refer you to other health agencies or support groups.
