It is the responsibility of residents and/or their family to arrange for the following services.

Cable Television/Telephone/Internet

All resident rooms are equipped for telephone, internet and cable connection. It is the responsibility of the resident and/or family to coordinate these services directly.

Dry Cleaning

The Centre does not provide dry cleaning services as residents are discouraged from bringing delicate items of clothing.

Eye Glasses, Dentures and Hearing Aids

Please arrange to have these items professionally labelled before admission. Most providers of these items will be able to accommodate labelling service.


It is the responsibility of the resident and/or family to coordinate newspaper delivery.  Papers can be arranged to be delivered to Malton Village by notifying the newspaper company directly.

Resident Mail Service

Personal mail will be delivered to each resident on a daily basis. Any outgoing mail can be given to the Receptionist for mailing. Stamps can be purchased from the Administrative Services Office.
