PUT IT IN THE GREY BOX -
REGION OF PEEL RECYCLES USED TELEPHONE DIRECTORIES

(Brampton) - Not sure what to do with your old telephone books?

"Put it in the Grey Box on your pick up day," said Steve Field, Supervisor of Waste Collection at the Region of Peel. "The Region will make sure telephone directories are recycled."

"Fit extra paper products such as, newspapers, flyers and junk mail securely inside the Grey Box and place the telephone directory on top to make sure items do not get blown away," Field said. "If the Grey Box is full, put extra paper products in an open container or tie in bundles and place securely beside the Grey Box."

For more information on this or any other waste management program, please contact the Region of Peel's WASTELINE at 905-791-9499. Residents in long distance areas of Caledon can call 905-584-2216, free of charge, and ask for the WASTELINE, or visit our Web site at www.region.peel.on.ca.
