Regional Child Care Centres Closed February 1, 2008
BRAMPTON, ON. (Feb. 1, 2008) Ė The Region of Peelís Learn.Play.Care. Child Care Centres will be closed today because of adverse weather conditions. The Region of Peel closes its centres on days when the Peel District School Board closes its schools.
In preparation for a possible snow storm, yesterday centres posted weather alert notices informing parents to listen to the radio for the Peel District School Board closure. A staff member was at each Learn.Play.Care. centre at 7 a.m. this morning in case a parent was not aware of the closure and arrived at the centre.
As weather conditions moderate, please visit the Region of Peelís website at www.peelregion.ca for updates on centre re-openings.
