BRAMPTON, ON (Feb. 8, 2013) - The Region of Peel's Learn.Play.Care. Child Care Centres will be closed today because of adverse weather conditions.

Centres will remain open. All Regional child care centres will close when the PDSB closes its schools. School bus cancellations do not necessarily mean that centres are closed.

As weather conditions moderate, please visit the Peel District School Board website, peel.edu.on.ca, or listen to local news reports for updates on school re-openings.

The Regional Municipality of Peel was incorporated in 1974 on the principle that certain community and infrastructure services are most cost-effectively administered over a larger geographic area. The Region of Peel serves more than one million residents in the Cities of Mississauga and Brampton and the Town of Caledon.
