Cinema-Inspired Artist Debuts At PAMA

BRAMPTON, ON. (June. 11, 2015) - Artist Olex Wlasenko debuts his Long Moments exhibit at the Peel Art Gallery Museum and Archives (PAMA) on Sunday June 14 at 2 p.m.  Wlasenko’s screen-like charcoal drawings expand cinematic moments in time, exploring the relationship between film and the visual arts.  The exhibit premieres new works, including a piece inspired by a unique moment in Peel’s history, as discovered by the artist in PAMA’s archives. 

Media are invited to preview the exhibit and interview the artist.
