Mark your calendar for these family-friendly events at Peel Art Gallery, Museum and Archives (PAMA)

Brampton, ON (January 21, 2019): It’s a great time to stay indoors with exciting activities for the whole family at PAMA.

Family Literacy Day: Sunday, Jan. 27 | 2 - 4 p.m.
Presented in partnership with Brampton Library and the Festival of Literary Diversity (FOLD). Join us for drop in activities and a reading at 2:15pm by Brampton’s own Yolanda Marshall; author of Keman’s First Carnival, A Piece of Black Cake for Santa and Sweet Sorrel Stand.

PAMA Kids P.A. Days: Friday, Feb. 8| 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Let your inner artist loose and dive into the world of abstract colours and patterns. Drop-in abstract art activities inspired by PAMA’s collection are offered between 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. 

NEW! Sunday FUNdays! Sunday, Feb. 17 and Mar. 17 | 1 – 4:30 p.m.
Sun’s out – fun’s out! Everyone is invited to enjoy storytelling and art activities at PAMA.

Sunday, Mar. 17: Storytelling

Beloved character Grandma Assiatou shares ancestral knowledge and stories from the Atlantic to Kongo to Grenada. Registration required.

Express yourself through black and white art pieces inspired by the artwork of Ronald Bloore and the book My Many Colored Days by Dr. Seuss

Family Day! Monday, Feb. 18 | 10 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Spend a fun-filled day at PAMA with FREE activities and events inspired by our winter exhibitions

Don’t miss a week full of family drop-in activities to celebrate PAMA Kids March Break Colour Palooza between 10 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

PAMA is a place to explore and learn about Peel Region’s culture and heritage, as well as use conversation, questions and stories to help make new and fascinating connections to the surrounding community.
