Notice of the Passing of the Development Charges By-Law

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Regional Municipality of Peel passed Development Charges By-law No. 115-2007 on the 4th day of October, 2007 under Section 2 of the Development Charges Act, 1997 (The “Act”).
AND TAKE NOTICE that any person or organization may appeal to the Ontario Municipal Board under Section 14 of the Act, in respect of the Development Charges By-law, by filing with the Clerk of the Regional Municipality of Peel on or before the 13th day of November 2007 a notice of appeal setting out the objection to the By-law and the reasons supporting the objection. Notice of appeal can be faxed to the attention of the Regional Clerk at 905-791-3990 or mailed to the address set out below and must be received prior to 4:30 p.m. on Nov. 13, 2007.
The schedule of development charge rates imposed by the By-law is as follows:
