Public Notice
This is to inform the public that Council of the Regional Municipality of Peel proposes to enact a By-law to stop-up, close and deprive of its character as public highway or street those parcels of land that were dedicated as public highway set out and described as follows:
Part of Lot 10 and Part of the Original Road Allowance between Lots 10 and 11, Concession 2 West of Hurontario Street, City of Brampton (formerly Township of Chinguacousy), Regional Municipality of Peel, identified as Parts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 20 and 21 on Reference Plan 43R-32164, known as Regional Road 107 (Bovaird Drive West) and being located on the south side of Bovaird Drive West, east of Fletcher’s Creek Boulevard in the City of Brampton.
The proposed By-law will come before a Regional Council meeting on:

At that time, Regional Council will hear in person or by their counsel, solicitor or agent any person who claims that their land will be prejudicially affected and who applies to be heard.
