PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given pursuant to By-law 23-95, Section 4(c) and 4 (d) that Council of The Regional Municipality of Peel will be considering a proposal to declare fee simple interest in Region-owned lands as surplus and transfer said interests to The Corporation of the City of Brampton the lands described as follows:
Part of Lot 1, Concession 1, West of Hurontario Street, City of Brampton (formerly Township of Chinguacousy), Regional Municipality of Peel, designated as Parts 1, 2 and 3 on Reference Plan 43R-32778 and Part of Lot 1, Concession, 1, East of Hurontario Street, City of Brampton (formerly Township of Chinguacousy), Regional Municipality of Peel, designated as Parts 8, 9, 11 and 12 on Reference Plan 43R-32778, subject to the reservation or granting of required easements and being located on the northwest and northeast corners of Regional Road 15 (Steeles Avenue) and Hurontario Street, in the City of Brampton.
The proposed declaration of fee simple interest in lands as surplus and transfer of lands to The Corporation of the City of Brampton will come before General Committee and a subsequent Regional Council meeting on:
