PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given pursuant to By-law 23-95, Section 4(c) and 4(d) that Council of The Regional Municipality of Peel will be considering a proposal to declare a fee simple interest in Region-owned lands as surplus and transfer said interest to The Corporation of the City of Brampton the lands described as follows:
Part of Lot 17, Concession 4 East of Hurontario Street, City of Brampton (formerly Township of Chinguacousy), Regional Municipality of Peel, being more particularly identified as Parts 1, 2 and 3 on Expropriation Plan PR1385098 and Part 1 on Expropriation Plan PR1385099 and Part of Lot 17, Concession 5 East of Hurontario Street, City of Brampton (formerly Township of Chinguacousy), Regional Municipality of Peel, being more particularly identified as Part 11 on Reference Plan 43R-30958 and being located on the east and west side of Bramalea Road, south of Mayfield Road in the City of Brampton.
The proposed declaration of fee simple interest in lands as surplus and transfer of lands to The Corporation of the City of Brampton will come before General Committee and a subsequent Regional Council meeting on:
