PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given pursuant to By-law 23-95, Section 4(c) and 4(d) that Council of The Regional Municipality of Peel will be considering a proposal to declare a fee simple interest in Region-owned lands as surplus and transfer said interest to The Corporation of the City of Mississauga the land described as follows:
That the lands described as Part of Lot 32, Concession 3, South of Dundas Street, City of Mississauga (formerly Township of Toronto), Regional Municipality of Peel, more particularly identified as Part 7 on draft reference plan 08-B5807, prepared by Young & Young Surveying Inc. and being located at the westerly limit of 2315 Lakeshore Road, Mississauga being the Clarkson Wastewater Treatment Facility.
The proposed declaration of fee simple interest in lands as surplus and transfer of land to The Corporation of the City of Mississauga will come before General Committee and a subsequent Regional Council meeting on:
