Public Notice

Notice is hereby given pursuant to By-law 23-95, Section 4(c) and 4(d) that Council of The Regional Municipality of Peel will be considering a proposal to declare a fee simple interest in Region-owned lands as surplus and transfer said interest to The Corporation of the City of Mississauga the lands described as follows:

Part of Lot 32, Concession 1 South of Dundas Street and Part of Block C, Registered Plan 718, City of Mississauga (formerly Township of Toronto), Regional Municipality of Peel, being more particularly identified as Part 2 on Reference Plan 43R-32837 and being located at 2200 Sheridan Park Drive in Mississauga being the Herridge Reservoir and Pumping Station.

The proposed declaration of fee simple interest in lands as surplus and transfer of lands to The Corporation of the City of Mississauga will come before a Regional Council meeting on:
