Public Notice

Notice is hereby given pursuant to By-law 23-95, Sections 4(c) and 4(d) that Council of The Regional Municipality of Peel will be considering a proposal to declare a fee simple interest in Region-owned lands as surplus and transfer said interest to 1439468 Ontario Inc. the lands described as follows:

Part of Lot 10, Concession 9 Northern Division, City of Brampton (formerly Township of Toronto Gore), Regional Municipality of Peel, being more particularly identified as Part 2 on draft reference plan 77-43-07 prepared by David B. Searles Surveying Ltd. and being located on the southwest corner of The Gore Road and Castlemore Road in Brampton.

The proposed declaration of fee simple interest in lands as surplus and transfer of lands to 1439468 Ontario Inc. will come before General Committee and a subsequent Regional Council as follows:
