PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given pursuant to By-law 23-95, Section 4(c) that Council of The Regional Municipality of Peel will be considering a proposal to declare a fee simple interest in  Region-owned land as surplus and transfer said interest gratuitously to The Governing Council of the Salvation Army in Canada said parcel of land described as follows:

Part of Lot 9, Concession 1, West of Hurontario Street, City of Brampton (formerly Township of Chinguacousy), Regional Municipality of Peel, more particularly described as Parts 1, 2 & 3 on Reference Plan 43R-33020, being located at 525 Main Street North, in the City of Brampton.

The proposed declaration of fee simple interest in land as surplus and transfer of land to The Governing Council of the Salvation Army will come before General Committee and a subsequent Regional Council meeting on:
