Public Notice

Notice is hereby given pursuant to By-law 23-95, Section 4(c) and 4 (d) that Council of The Regional Municipality of Peel will be considering a proposal to declare a permanent easement interest in Region-owned land as surplus and transfer said interest gratuitously to Enersource Hydro Mississauga Inc. for the purpose of laying down, installing and maintaining hydro poles and lines of electric power and service wires and cables and equipment and all related appurtenances and accessories thereto in, under, over, through, across, along and upon the land  described as follows:

 Part of Lot 6, Concession 1, South of Dundas Street, City of Mississauga (formerly Township of Toronto) Regional Municipality of Peel, more particularly described as Parts 1 and 2 on Reference Plan 43R-33730, being located at the southwest corner of Dixie Road and Queensway, in the City of Mississauga.

The proposed declaration of a permanent easement interest in land as surplus and transfer of said interest in land to Enersource Hydro Mississauga Inc. will come before Regional Council meeting on:
