Notice is hereby given pursuant to By-law 23-95, Section 3(a) and 4 (b) that Council of The Regional Municipality of Peel will be considering a proposal to declare a permanent easement interest in Region-owned land as surplus and transfer the land gratuitously to Bell Canada said parcel of land described as follows:
Part of Lot 23 Concession 6, East of Hurontario Street, in the Town of Caledon (formerly the Township of Caledon), Regional Municipality of Peel designated as Part 1 on Reference Plan 43R-17901 and Part 2 on Reference Plan 43R-17900 located on the South Side of Highway 9, West of Regional Road 7 (Airport Road), Caledon
The proposed declaration of a permanent easement interest in land as surplus and transfer of said interest in land to Bell Canada will come before Regional Council meeting on:
