Notice of the Passing of the Development Charges By-Law
by the Regional Municipality of Peel

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Regional Municipality of Peel passed Development Charges By-law No. 79-2012 on the 13th day of September, 2012 under Section 2 of the Development Charges Act, 1997 (The "Act").

AND TAKE NOTICE that any person or organization may appeal to the Ontario Municipal Board under Section 14 of the Act, in respect of the Development Charges By-law, by filing with the Clerk of the Regional Municipality of Peel on or before the 23rd day of October 2012 a notice of appeal setting out the objection to the By-law and the reasons supporting the objection. Notice of appeal can be faxed to the attention of the Regional Clerk at 905-791-1693 or mailed to the address set out below and must be received prior to 4:30 p.m. on October 23rd, 2012.

By-law 79-2012 applies to all lands within the Region of Peel. A key map of the Region of Peel is not provided as being deemed unnecessary to the effective giving of this notice.
