In accordance with Regional Policy, notice is hereby given that the Council of the Regional Municipality of Peel intends to adopt the 2013 Regional Operating and Capital Budgets including By-laws to amend general user fees for Regional services, and fees or charges for the use of the Region of Peel water, wastewater (sewage) and waste management systems including any increases, additions, deletions or changes to these fees or charges.
The following Regional Council Budget meeting has been scheduled to commence discussion and consideration of the proposed 2013 Regional Operating and Capital Budgets:

These budgets may be approved in whole, or in part, at the Regional Council Budget meeting to be held on Thursday, December 6th, 2012 or any subsequent Regional Council Budget meeting. If the matter is considered at a subsequent meeting of Council, no additional notice will be provided unless Council directs otherwise.
All interested parties are invited to attend the above noted Budget meeting(s) that are open to the public. Any person or organization wishing to make representation to Council should contact the Office of the Regional Clerk at 905-791-7800, ext. 4526.
Copies of the 2013 Regional Operating and Capital Budgets will be available on the Regional website as of November 30th, 2012.
