Public Notice

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Subsections 4(c) and 4(d) of By-law 23-95 (a By-law To Establish Procedures Governing the Sale and Disposition of Real Property, Including the Giving of Notice, by The Regional Municipality of Peel), that Council of The Regional Municipality of Peel will be considering a proposal to declare a permanent easement interest in Region-owned land as surplus and transfer said interest gratuitously to Hydro One Brampton Networks Inc., for the purpose of installing, constructing, repairing, replacing and maintaining pole support wires, down guys and anchors to its overhead lines of electrical power and service including telecommunication facilities and all related appurtenances and accessories thereto in, under, over, through, across, along and upon the lands described as follows:

Part of Blocks 61 and 63 on Registered Plan 43M-1404, and Part of Blocks 335 and 354 on Registered Plan 43M-1360, and Part of Blocks 239 and 256 on Registered Plan 43M-1400, City of Brampton, Regional Municipality of Peel, being more particularly identified as Parts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 on Reference Plan 43R-35078.

The proposed declaration of a permanent easement interest in land as surplus and transfer of said interest in land to Hydro One Brampton Networks Inc. will come before Regional Council meeting on:
