Notice is hereby given pursuant to By-law 23-95 (a By-law to establish procedures governing the sale and disposition of real property, including the giving of notice, by The Regional Municipality of Peel), that Council of The Regional Municipality of Peel will be considering a proposal to declare the fee simple interest in Region-owned lands as surplus and transfer said interest in lands to Papertious Investments Inc.
The lands described as follows:
- Part of Lot 10, Concession 5, Town of Caledon (formerly Township of Albion), Regional Municipality of Peel, designated as Parts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 on Reference Plan 43R-35564;
- Part of Block 271, Registered Plan 43M-1548, Town of Caledon, Regional Municipality of Peel, designated as Part 10 on Reference Plan 43R-34980;
- Blocks 279, 280, 281, 282, 283, 284, 285, 286, 287, 288, 289 and 290, Registered Plan 43M-1548, Town of Caledon, Regional Municipality of Peel
being located within the vicinity of Regional Road 9 (King Street), west of Bolton at the new Regional Road 150 (Emil Kolb Parkway) in the Town of Caledon.
The proposed declaration of the fee simple interest in lands as surplus and transfer of said interest in lands to Papertious Investments Inc. will come before Regional Council on:
