Public Notice

Notice is hereby given pursuant to By-law 23-95 (a By-law to establish procedures governing the sale and disposition of real property, including the giving of notice, by The Regional Municipality of Peel), that Council of The Regional Municipality of Peel will be considering a proposal to declare the fee simple interest in Region-owned lands as surplus and transfer said interest in lands to Mayfield Landing Developments Inc.

The lands described as follows:

Part of Lot 17 and Part of the Original Road Allowance between Lots 17 and 18, Concession 5 East of Hurontario Street, Town of Caledon (formerly Township of Chinguacousy), Regional Municipality of Peel, being more particularly identified as Part 4 on Reference Plan 43R-36519, being located on the north side of Regional Road 14 (Mayfield Road), east of Bramalea Road, Caledon, Ontario.

The proposed declaration of the fee simple interest in land as surplus and transfer of said interest in lands to Mayfield Landing Developments Inc. will come before Regional Council on:
