Peel Youth Village (PYV) is unique in design and function. Built to provide affordable housing for youth, it is also a welcoming location for a wide range of community services.

Resident facilities include:

• 48 single rooms on the top three floors
  
  
• Single rooms are clustered into groups of four called "houses"
• Each house shares a kitchen, washrooms and a common lounge
  
  
• Social spaces for small group gatherings of residents
  
  
• There are four houses on each residential floor
• Laundry facilities for all residents on the main floor
• Access to all recreation and other facilities on site

Community facilities include:

• Gymnasium for recreational and leisure activities
