EMPLOYMENT PLACEMENT PROGRAMpuzzleFAQ

How do you find the right candidates to fill my vacancy?
Candidates review our online posting board and apply in a way that best suits your screening methods. We then assess the candidate's resume, skills and experiences for suitability and match them to the positions that best fit their profile. Of the resumes sent to you, you can choose whom to interview and select a new employee.

What types of jobs are your candidates looking for?
Our talent pool is deep with clients of all skill levels, industries and backgrounds. At any given time, we may have an administrative professional, labourer or a nuclear engineer. Our job is to search our system to narrow it down to the person(s) that will be most successful.

How long are we obligated to keep a new hire?
There is no obligation. We ask that you retain a new hire based on their satisfactory work performance. Our hope is that you will be glad to consider any new hire a part of your long-term vision.

Who are your clients?
We serve the community at large with candidates from Brampton, Caledon and Mississauga. Our candidates are looking for entry level to senior positions ranging from manufacturing to finance, administration and labour. Our goal is to reduce local unemployment and strengthen businesses by assisting companies and individuals who could use the support.

Is this an agency?
No. We are better. We provide a match at no cost to you. We take the worry and hassle out of reviewing countless resumes and we advertise your job vacancies for free.

How do I start posting positions through your service?
Simply fill out the Job Order Form, scan and email it to one of our Employment Development Specialists or simply give us a call at 905-793-9200, ext. 8255 to post a position.

How can I access the funding incentives and save money?
Saving money is easy because our services are free, whereas other traditional services charge for every aspect of the recruiting process - advertising, screening, and interviewing right up to the placement of the employee.

Beyond the cost savings, we can discuss your company's eligibility to receive a wage reimbursement. Some criteria to consider are the length of placement, the skill level of the program participant and the company's compliance with standard legislation.
