2010 T5007 Statement of Benefits
The 2010 T5007 Statements of Benefits are mailed out to Ontario Works and Ontario Disability Support Program clients in February 2011.
If you have not received your T5 Statement of Benefits by February 28, 2011, or have received it and would like your payment amount reviewed, please call 905-793-9200 extension 8010 or toll free at 1-800-327-5379 extension 8010 and leave a message with the details of your inquiry. This mailbox will be reviewed daily and you will receive a return phone call if more information is needed. Your T5 Statement of Benefits will be mailed to you within 10 working days from the date of your call.
Free Income Tax Preparation Services
Each spring, the Region of Peel's Human Services Department, in partnership with the Peel Chapter of the Certified General Accounts of Ontario, offers free Tax Preparation Services for lower-income individuals, seniors and families. This service is offered under the Canada Revenue Agency’s Community Volunteer Income Tax Program.
Free Income Tax Preparation Services (February 2012)

H & R Block is offering free tax preparation services to individuals in receipt of OW and ODSP with basic returns until February 24, 2012 at the following 2 locations:

Free Income Tax Preparation Services (March and April 2012)
Certified General Accountants – Peel Chapter
The Region of Peel will again be partnering with Certified General Accountants – Peel Chapter to host Tax Preparation Services.
These services will be available to clients in March and April. Further details will be available by February 28 th, 2012.
