In Peel, vision care for adults is administered by Great West Life Assurance Company. An appointment can be made with the vision specialist of choice and the specialist will review coverage with the client at the time of the appointment.
Required Documentation
The client must bring their current months Statement of Assistance to the appointment to verify receipt of Ontario Works benefits.
