Wear a bright coloured costume and use reflective tape strips
on front and back so you can be seen in the dark.

Masks should have large eye holes so you can
see clearly; wear non-toxic makeup.

Cross only at street corners: look in all directions
before crossing; obey all traffic lights and walk,
don't run, across the street.

Always trick-or-treat in groups of three or
more; tell your parents your route and when
you will be home.

Do not take short-cuts through backyards,
alleys or parks.

Eat your treats only after an adult has made
sure they're o.k.
