This table represents the 2021 and 2031 Peel Regional Council adopted (ROPA 24) and provincially approved forecast numbers for Peel and the area municipalities. These forecasts are provincially allocated to Peel Region under The Growth Plan for the Greater Golden Horseshoe (2006). While these forecasts align to Peel Regional Official Plan ROPA 24, they are derived using 2006 Census base year data. The Region is in the process of bringing these forecasts into conformity with Amendment 2 to the Growth Plan. Updated forecasts will be provided once a new Regional Official Plan amendment has been adopted by Council and approved by the Province.
