Teachers for grades 2-5 are invited to use Heart Lake Conservation Area as a classroom, where elementary school students can learn about water and its role in our natural environment first-hand, along with a host of exciting activities and events that will leave a lasting impression.
The 2012 Peel Children’s Water Festival Elementary School Days are scheduled for
Thursday, May 24
Friday, May 25
Monday, May 28
Tuesday, May 29
Wednesday, May 30
Thursday, May 31
Due to high participation rates we included an additional weekday to our programming!
Thank you for your support.
The cost is $6 per student (includes bus travel and entertainment) and must be paid in advance. There are no charges for teachers and chaperones. Due to the conditions of the site, the Festival implements a 1:8 ratio: one teacher or chaperone for every eight students.
Print off or ask your teacher for a copy of the School Day Map [PDF 3MB, 2 pages] and daily itinerary for easy reference.
