From Steeles Avenue West to Highway 407 Express Toll Route (ETR)
We have finished the work. The project is under warranty until October 31, 2017.
The Region of Peel will be completing the widening of Mavis Road from 200m south of Steeles Avenue West to Highway 407 Express Toll Route (ETR).

The work is scheduled to commence on or after July 22, 2014 and we anticipate its completion by August 2015.
The road works will be performed by Pave-AL Limited, and contract administration and inspections undertaken by Peel Region and IBI Group staff. The contact names and telephone numbers are listed below:

The works will be phased so as to minimize disruption to traffic while still maintaining a safe working environment as required under the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
Two lanes of traffic in each direction on Mavis Road will be maintained at all times during peak hours. For the day time non-peak hours and night work operations a minimum of one lane of traffic in each direction will be maintained at all times.
Access from Clementine Drive and Ray Lawson Boulevard to Mavis Road will be maintained during construction.
