Construction in Peel: Caledon

Project Update: Sanitary Sewer Replacement on Newlove Drive and Bell Air Drive
Project #14-2350

We have finished the work. The project is under warranty until June 2018.

Project description

The Region of Peel is replacing the existing sanitary sewer on Newlove Dr. (from Allan Dr. to Glenwood Cres.) and on Bell Air Dr. (from Glenwood Cres. to Newlove Dr.) in order to improve the wastewater servicing in the area. The project scope also includes all necessary curb replacement, sod restoration and road resurfacing within the construction limits.

Schedule

Construction on Bell Air Drive is scheduled to commence on or about March 30, 2015. The estimated completion of the sanitary sewer construction works is by mid-June, 2015, weather permitting. All restoration works to follow.

Construction of sanitary sewer on Newlove Drive has been completed and the Contractor will proceed with the final restoration works including curb installation, paving over the sanitary sewer trench and sod restoration in May 2015, weather permitting.
