Update notice: Old Church Road has reopened effective January 26, 2018
What we are doing
- Rehabilitation of Humber River Bridge and Canadian Pacific Railway Overpass on Old Church Road west of Highway 50. The work includes, but is not limited to:
- Repairs of concrete girders and substructure;
- Bearing replacement;
- Removal of asphalt and waterproofing;
- Repair of concrete deck due to damage and deterioration;
- Removal and replacement of barrier walls and guiderails;
- Elimination and replacement of expansion joints; and
- Resurfacing to improve roadway performance.

- Major rehabilitation of two bridge structures to extend their service life and provide safe passage over Humber River and railway tracks.
