If your school or group has an environmental action project/program, come and share it with other like-minded students and school communities from across Peel at the 2009 Peel EcoFair. Space is limited, so submit your group’s registration information as soon as possible.

- The project involves youth, from Grades 4 through post-secondary who are engaged in action that demonstrates benefits to the environment.
- Applicants attend Peel schools or reside in the Region of Peel and are able to attend the entire day’s event.
- Applicants are prepared to develop a 10 minute live presentation and a table-top display that communicate their project to other EcoFair participants. Presentation involvement by all students attending is strongly encouraged.
- Groups and group leaders must be willing to participate in the evaluation process, and will be asked to fill out surveys following the event.
- Applicants applying to return to the Peel EcoFair must have a new project for consecutive year's attendance; updates for the same continuing project may apply every two years.
Please note:
- Adult chaperones must accompany elementary and secondary school participants at the Peel EcoFair.
- In the interests of showcasing the existing diversity of action projects, no more than two projects of the same kind (i.e. recycling, water audit, etc.) will be accepted at the Peel EcoFair.

All applicants will be contacted within one week after receipt of your application. Successful applicants attend the event free of charge, including bussing and lunch. Participants are expected to cover any costs associated with creating their presentation and displays.
