Organics Demonstration Project

Organics will be collected every week on the same day as your garbage and recycling material.

Yard waste (such as tree and shrub clippings and other similar material like branch and twig-cutting waste) will be collected weekly during the months of April, May, June, October and November, and every other week during the months of July, August and September.

Securely tie and bundle all tree and shrub clippings or other similar material such as branch and twig-cutting waste. Bundles must be 1.2 metres (4 feet) or less in length and 76 cm (30 in.) or less in width, weighing 20 kg (44 lbs.) or less.

Tree and shrub clippings or other similar material such as branch and twig-cutting waste must be 10 cm (4 in.) or less in diameter.
