How the Program Works
Multi-residential buildings are supplied with recycling carts and bins. Each multi-residential unit is provided with a reusable Blue Bag to help store and transport recyclable material to the recycling collection set-out area.
Blue Bags are available at no charge. If you do not have one, please contact your property manager or superintendent.
