Conservation Days 2012

This spring, the Region of Peel will host Conservation Day in Mississauga - special one day event that brings specific waste management services to residential communities in Peel. Only residents arriving in vehicles will be permitted to enter the location.

Residents may drop off the following items free of charge:

The following items are not accepted at Conservation Day and may be taken to a Community Recycling Centre for proper disposal:

  • furniture
  • waste wood
  • scrap metal
  • tires
  • garbage

The Region of Peel does not accept these items for disposal at Conservation Day or Community Recycling Centres.

  • ammunition
