Ontario Drinking-Water Systems Regulation (170/03)
The Ontario Drinking-Water Systems Regulation (170/03) found in the new Safe Drinking Water Act requires owners of municipal drinking-water systems to prepare an annual report for the Ministry of the Environment each year.
Each report contains:
- A description of the drinking-water system
- The water treatment chemicals used during the year
- Any major expenses
- Test results required under this Regulation
- All adverse water test results reported during 2003 and the corrective actions taken
As required by the Ministry of the Environment, the Region provides the public with access to the Annual Ontario Drinking-Water Systems Regulations reports for Peel.
