The Lorne Park Water Treatment Facility is in Jack Darling
Park on the north shore of Lake Ontario. This facility provides
water for the western parts of Mississauga and Brampton. The eastern portions of Mississauga and Brampton and the community of Bolton are serviced by the
Lakeview Water
Treatment Facility.
As the facility is built largely underground, the surface area is for recreational use.
