Peel residents can bring this item or other large appliances/metal fixtures to any of the Region’s 6 Community Recycling Centres (CRCs) free of charge.
Alternatively you can:
- Book a collection appointment for a working appliance(s) with other local charitable organizations that offer the service (e.g., Habitat for Humanity).
- Plan to have old appliances removed by retailers when new models are purchased.
The Region no longer collects this item from the curb.
Let Them Loose!
Your recyclables end up in landfill if you tie them in plastic shopping bags.
