Wood-burning stove:

Peel residents can bring this item or other large appliances/metal fixtures to any of the Regionís 6 Community Recycling Centres (CRCs) free of charge.

Alternatively you can:

  • Book a collection appointment for a working appliance(s) with other local charitable organizations that offer the service (e.g., Habitat for Humanity).
  • Plan to have old appliances removed by retailers when new models are purchased.

The Region no longer collects this item from the curb.
