Peel's mobile Outreach
Team was developed in 1999 to address gaps in social supports within and
between sectors. It is a collaborative effort between the Region of Peel's
Department of Human Services and Health in partnership with the Canadian
Mental Health Association (CMHA) /Peel Branch, Peel Addiction Assessment
and Referral Centre (PAARC), and St. Leonard's Place Peel.
