Develop a human resource strategy that recognizes the

Strategy
In Peel, we are working together, across every department, to eliminate homelessness and the conditions of poverty that cause homelessness. We are also working with community partners and other levels of government to focus on services and programs that help individuals and families gain the skills, abilities and resources they need to be independent and participate fully in our community.
By cooperating and collaborating, the Region and its community partners are putting resources to their best use. This approach helps to ensure that federal, provincial, municipal, and charitable funds, as well as volunteer efforts are making a difference in Peel.
