ATTENTION: Pick-up times will be expressed as a pick-up window, effective November 1.
  • Effective November 1, 2014, pick-up times will be expressed as a 30 minute pick-up window instead of the traditional exact pick-up time.
  • A 30 minute pick-up window is a half hour time frame in which your TransHelp vehicle will arrive.
  • Clients must be ready and waiting at the start of their pick-up window.
Example: A pick-up window stated as “3:15 p.m. to 3:45 p.m.” means the TransHelp ride will arrive any time within that span of time. The passenger must be waiting as of 3:15 p.m.
