Interactive Voice Response (IVR) for checking ride times
Please be advised that improvements are currently being made to the Interactive Voice Response system to address quality control. As a result, we encourage you to ONLY use IVR at about 60 minutes before your pre-booked ride time. Doing so any earlier will result in inaccurate results.
Improvements we are working on include:
- Automated calls to inform clients of their pick-up window
- Automated calls if the pick-up window has changed
- Upgrades to announce the taxi provider’s name
Again, please only use IVR 60 minutes or closer to your ride time to verify the time. If you are booked for a taxi, please speak to customer service to confirm which vendor you are booked for.
