|||| Customer Satisfaction Survey
TransHelp will be conducting a passenger survey with our clients as indicated in our Fall/Winter 2008 newsletter. Over the next few weeks, you may be contacted by Erin Research who is working on behalf of TransHelp to conduct the survey.
The purpose of the survey is to determine the following information:
- Your service needs and requirements,
- Your view of existing service levels,
- Your comments on what you like about the TransHelp service, and
- Your comments on what needs to be improved with the TransHelp service.
Erin Research will randomly call our clients to complete the survey. I encourage you to participate in the survey and provide your honest feedback. We are evaluating our customer service and will make improvements as required.
Please be assured that all responses are kept confidential. Staff at TransHelp will not see the individual survey comments.
