Student volunteers work with children at the Peel Children's Water Festival to teach them about the importance of protecting and preserving the environment.

Volunteering is extremely rewarding.

Volunteers have the opportunity to share their knowledge, develop new skills, meet new people and help create a caring community.

Regional volunteers support a wide range of programs and initiatives. Whether you play Bingo with seniors in one of our Long Term Care facilities, become an in-home visitor with Peel Public Health, work in the art program for seniors at the Peel Art Gallery, Museum and Archives or promote family literacy with Children’s Services, volunteers make the difference in our community.

Contact us to join our dedicated group of volunteer.

Regional Chair Emil Kolb.“The Region of Peel’s dedicated volunteers are at the heart of the community. Going the extra mile, their support adds great value to the services we provide.”

Regional Chair Emil Kolb.
