Who is Eligible for a Rebate?
To be eligible for a rebate under the Residential Toilet Replacement Program, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
1. Own or rent a single or multi-family dwelling in the Region of Peel.

Single-detached houses | Condominium buildings |
Semi-detached houses |
Apartment buildings |
Multiplex units (ie duplex to six-plex) |
Condominium townhouse complexes |
Individual townhouses and condominium units |
Co-operative townhouse complexes or apartment building |
2. Purchase a toilet from the Region's Peel-Approved list and install it in a residence located within the Region of Peel.3. Purchase the toilet on or after September 1, 2005.
The Region reserves the right to inspect and verify that the purchased water-efficient toilet has been installed at the specified location and is flushing with the specified volume of water.
We recommend keeping a copy of the completed application form and sales receipt for your records.
